When is the perfect time during the day for a massage in the spa?

banoota asked:

I am planning to get a hot stone massage, however, I am confused between two times, either 3:30 in the afternoon or 7:00 in the evening. Which time is better? (knowing that I want to go to bed at 12:00am)

Personally. I would go at 7pm. Your work day is done and you’ll be able to really relax knowing that after the massage you’ll be able to go home, chill even more and then go to bed feeling fabulous.

I think in the evening because it will help you have a good nights sleep and a good way to end the day. I’d love one right now.

Go at 3:30 so you feel extremely relaxed. So you can go home and watch a movie. If you go the spa at night, you would waste all that relaxation trying to avoid sleep because any spa thing makes you sleepy.
