I prefer to listen to Enya or sometimes sounds of nature. I burned a CD that is exactly an hour long and it’s perfect for giving and receiving massages. That way when it ends, I know I’m done!

I tried classical music once, and my client asked if I could change the CD beauase she said it was too uplifting and she wanted to relax.
