Personally, I love being tickled - even if I am getting a massage.
To answer your question though, a few things need to happen:
1) Relax your muscles. You will be much more ticklish when your muscles are tight. If you can relax your muscles, it will not tickle as much (and possibly not at all)
2) Adjust the touch. If the person giving you the massage is too hard or too deep, that will enhance the tickling. Tell them if it is too hard or too soft so that they can get the touch just right.
3) Breath deep. As you are relaxing your muscles, you might need to take some slow, deep breaths to help you block out the tickling sensation.
4) If it is a foot massage, try wearing thicker socks.
5) Lotions or oils can help with a deeper massage but the use of fingernails can make it tickle quite a bit more.
I hope that this helps and I wish you both all the best!
Ticklishly yours,
